As part of our hair bathing experience, you will receive a complimentary 8 minute scalp and neck massage along with a lavender infused hot towel conditioning treatment. Continue your relaxing journey with our complimentary signature hand and arm massage for women and for men, a mini facial with a hot barber wrap. Cancellation policy
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we request a 24 hour notice. Guests who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee.
Running Late for Your Appointment?
If you find that you are running late for an appointment, please call the salon to let us know. It is possible we may have to shorten or re-schedule your appointment.
Methods of Payments
Payment is made at the end of your visit at the front desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards or cash as forms of payment. Personal checks are not accepted. If a gift card or gift certificate is your form of payment, you must present it to the cashier upon check-out.
