Bobby Flay’s Tucson Throwdown to air August 11!

In May the famous New York Chef,  Bobby Flay came to Tucson to film an episode of his hit TV show “Throw-Down”.  He went up against our good friends,  Teresa and David Matias, of Teresa’s Mosaic Cafe!  The contest was over Huevos Rancheros! Yummm!!  Mauricio, Violetta,  and I were invited by the Matias family to attend both days of taping.  Set your DVRs and don’t miss this exciting episode of Throw-down on the Food Network and be sure to look for us on August 11th!
